We only share personal information when needed to provide our services (for example with trusted suppliers involved in your project), or when the law requires it.
Retention
We keep enquiry and project correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and meet ordinary business or legal record-keeping needs, then delete or archive it appropriately.

Under South African privacy law (POPIA), you may ask what personal information we hold about you, request correction, or ask us to delete it where appropriate. Email us at the address above and we will respond as soon as we reasonably can.
